Southwestern Indiana TAP Benefits

MEMBERSHIP

• Captains Yearly Membership will be paid for by the League upon completion of there 1st full year, 3 sessions.

• Player memberships only $20.00 a year.

• Player membership renewals must be paid 2 weeks in advance to allow for processing. If it is not recieved 2 weeks in advance the player will be removed from the roster.

LEAGUE FEE'S

• Weekly Team Fee's are $30.00. No exception.
• A player and or team that is not 100% current, will be listed on a new local web page. Any team that is 100% current can refuse to play a player or team that owes money to the league. If a player or Team quits they will be diqualified from all Association events until restitution has been made.
• Perferred method of payment - Check's or M.O.
• Teams can pay the whole amount due for Session and will get 1 free week. At the start of 2012 I will encourage all teams to pay this way. It will protect the teams as well as the league. example 16 week session per team$480.00 @ $30.00 per week, pay $450.00 / 15 weeks and get week 16 paid for your team.

Annual Titleholder Qualifcations

• 4/5 TEAM DIVISION - 1ST & 2ND  +  WC. 6/9 TEAM DIVISION - 1ST, 2ND, 3RD + WC.10/12 TEAM DIVISION - 1ST, 2ND, 3RD & 4TH + WC.  
• Teams and players will be required to meet qualification requirements that are clearly outlined in the TAP,LCC 2011-2 Rules. TAP,LCC Rules can be downloaded for free on the National Website www.tapleague.com.
• The Southwestern Indiana TAP Annual TitleHolder Events will be scheduled to be played in July.
• Southwestern Indiana TAP must maintain a minimum of 15 teams in Team 8 Ball and/or Team 9 Ball in all 3 sessions of the qualifing year, to fund a fully paid TAP National Team event.
• Southwestern Indiana TAP will not have a cash payout option starting in 2012. Teams competing in and winning a TitleHolder Event are obligated to compete in the National Event and the National Fund will only be used for this purpose. Any Team that can't comply the National fund will be rolled over to the following year.
• Southwestern Indiana TAP will send 1 in 15 Teams to compete in the TAP National Team Championships. 100% paid Transportation to and from the event, provide 4 rooms for up to 8 players and pay the Teams tournament entry fee. ($700.00 currently).

NATIONALS

• At Nationals, each player recevies a gift box.
• When player register for the event they will recevie a National Tournament Player ID.
• TAP throws a big kick off party!
• Absolutely the coolest teams and players your ever going to meet, one big happy family.
• All Teams play minimum of 4 matches.
• Elite and Best of the Rest Championship Brackets.
• Breath taking awards and payouts!
• Tables are open for the whole event.
• Practice Tables are available.
• For every 15 Teams in 2012 & 2013, one team goes to the Nationals.
• Team registration, travel and hotels are paid for.
• Mini-Tournaments held each evening.
• TAP raffles Thousands of dollars in merchandise.
• Venders and cue repair on site.
• Food and beverages available at event.
• Team Pictures available.
• Awesome Event Apperal.

DREAM TEAM EVENT

• 2012 Location: Greater Philidelphia Expo Center, Philadelphia, PA.
• Every March: TAP Dream Event in conjunction with the Allen Hopkins Super Billiards Expo.
• This is the largest Billiards Event of it's kind.
• TAP Dream Team Entry is $550.00 a Team to enter, a Team is made of 8 players from anywhere in TAP in USA or Canada.
• Round Robin all teams get to play at least 4 matches.
• Winning Team $10,000.00.
• No Slop call ball and pocket every shot except 8 you mark the pocket.
• Mini's 8 ball, all handi-caps + some doubles
